Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HairLook Men (the "Service"), a web and mobile application operated by Cagatay Topac ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

HairLook Men lets you upload a photo of yourself and receive AI-generated previews of men's hairstyles, haircut recommendations and barber instructions. Generated images are visual previews only; the actual result of a haircut depends on your hair, your barber and other factors.

2. Accounts

On the web you sign in with Google or an e-mail link. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and credits

• HairLook Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Each billing period includes 5 credits; unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• One credit creates one hairstyle image. Credits are only used when an image is generated successfully.
• Credit packs can be bought by active subscribers. Pack credits do not expire but can only be used while you have an active subscription.
• Generating images requires an active subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Purchases made in the Android app are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms; web and app purchases are separate.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices include applicable taxes such as VAT where required.

5. Your photos and acceptable use

• Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or harassing purposes, including impersonating others.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules or abuse the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature we will provide a pro-rata refund for prepaid periods where required by law.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
